About Us
It all started in the Summer of 1984 when Chip came into our lives.
From the first moment, we knew that this little dog was not going to
take a back seat to anyone. "Look at me. I'm cute and
we're going to have a great time!" We did have a great time
for almost 18 years. She was the foundation bitch that started
the Domby Norfolks.
Over the past twenty years, we have bred a series of very select
champions that we have kept for ourselves. Puppies have gone
to homes and have become wonderful pets with few restrictions:
1. Love the puppy and spoil it with affection
2. Send a picture every holiday season with an update of the puppy's
personality and health
3. Spay/Neuter all pets
Litters are all born in the house under watchful eyes. As soon
as they are up on all four legs, they are moved to our large
farmhouse kitchen where we can spend quality time playing, talking,
and exposing them to the daily noises of life. Temperament is
an essential part of our breeding program. They love children
and enjoy being a part of a family A Norfolk's loyalty is
unsurpassed.
We breed occasionally, and litters are small. The average
litter size is three puppies. Breeding adults are finished
champions before being bred. The Norfolk is relatively free of
problems, and only healthy dogs are used in our breeding program.
Before leaving for their new homes, all puppies are vet checked ,
wormed, and have received their preliminary shots. |
